José Ortiz will present the section about “EU CT regulations – Impact on Pharmacovigilance”. Pharmacovigilance in clinical trials is necessary to make healthcare professionals and consumers aware of the potential risks of drugs and to find out whether the benefits outweigh those risks. This way, drug manufacturers can take steps to obtain approval to market the new drug or not.
