This position requires documented experience in Business Development areas related to the Pharma industry, organizational and team management skills and willingness to drive the team and the organization to the highest level.
Job description
As a Business Development Manager you will help constructing the BD department structure and processes. You will be involved with different projects, you will assume multi-project responsibility and will provide your expertise within different areas of the business.
Your activities will be mainly:
- Identification and research of potential clients
- Leads and proposals management
- Strategic development and maintenance of partners relationships
- Detailed description of company services
- Cost-grid and pricing of services
- Creation of a marketing strategy
- Creation of business plans
- Implementation of communication policy
- Cooperate in Marketing activities and communications
- Revision of commercial contracts
- Support the ERP implementation
- Manage business KPIs/ objectives
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in a global pharma consultancy.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Business degree (with MBA preferred)
- Previous experience within Business Development areas related to Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety will be preferred.
Soft skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Job description
As a PV quality specialist you will be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the Pharmacovigilance Quality Management System. You will be involved with different projects, and will provide your expertise in the area of quality assurance in Pharmacovigilance.
Your activities will be mainly:
- Understand European and local Pharmacovigilance legislation requirements and quality standards
- Set up and maintain PV quality systems in line with company SOPs
- Prepare PV audit strategies
- Perform internal and client PV audits
- Support inspections and implementation of CAPAs
Requirements:

Job description
As a senior pharmacovigilance officer you will be involved with different projects, you will assume multi-project responsibility and will provide your expertise within different areas of Pharmacovigilance.
Your activities will be mainly:
Coordinate several PV projects
Assume responsibility for complex PV projects
Master European and local Pharmacovigilance legislation requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities
Set up and maintain PV systems in line with company SOPs
Receipt and process adverse events
Provide support in the creation of periodic reports (PSURs)
Support audit, inspections and implementation of CAPAs
Requirements:
At least 4 years of documented PV experience in the pharmaceutical industry/CRO
Life sciences education
